odds, ends

If the Governor of Wisconsin should find himself unemployed today, I would like him to know that if it were up to me, he'd be hired as President of the United States immediately.  Too much in this world is not up to me.  Which may be a good thing; I only have superficial knowledge of the guy.  That superficial knowledge thing didn't work out too well with the Democrats and Obama.

Today is primary day in my state.  I had no idea.  The nomination process is all but over.  I still wanted to cast my vote for Ron Paul, but I will not be able to do so, as I will not get home till the polls close.  A futile effort at any rate.

Update:  I don't know the final results, but Romney had 72% and Ron Paul had 12%. with about 72 percent reporting.  Not too bad for someone not running anymore.

Unfortunately. I would vote for him if there were a point. Too many people are voting for the status quo.

There is a point. I'll write his name in and lose rather than vote for something I know is wrong.

I recognize it was futile, but I wanted to do it anyway.

I still might write his name in for the general electon. I surely won't vote for ROmney.

I voted for RP last election as well as the primaries. I am not going to vote for Romney; I am not even going to show up.

Well there will be other issues to vote on. I voted against the smoking ban, for medical marijuana.

Most if not all of my issues lost.

Even in SD we don't want to be free.
